Delete your VRZSH account

Two ways to do it

1. In the app

Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account

2. Can't open the app?

Email privacy@vrzsh.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”.

When you confirm deletion:

Your account, profile, and login credentials are deleted.
Your workout history, route data, hydration logs, buddies, Social Wall posts and personal settings are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Your territories are removed from the map and become available to other users.
Any active subscription is not automatically cancelled by deleting your account if it was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You must cancel it through your store account to stop future billing.
Unredeemed rewards, coupons, points and standings are forfeited and cannot be restored.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
